Wake the Lakes
H.O.G Rally, hosted by Red Rose Chapter
Held in the fantastic setting of the Lake District on the outskirts of Kendal, the town which is known as the "Gateway to the Lakes"
The rally location is less than 10 miles from the M6 and offers the opportunity to ride some of the best roads in the UK with unbeatable scenic views.

Venue
​
The rally is held at Kendal Rugby Club, LA9 6NY. This venue provides two well stocked bars, onsite catering and shower facilities in the modern clubhouse.​​​​​​​
​Onsite, there's glamping options bookable via the event TryBooking page, or there's an area for camping.​​​​​​​​​
There's also limited spaces available for booking for motorhomes and campervans, some with electric hook-up available (payable locally!)​
Locally, there's a petrol station and a couple of supermarkets close to the venue for fuel and supplies.
The town centre of Kendal is only a 30 min walk away with it's selection of hotels and B&B's
The Rally

Registration opens Thursday lunchtime with guests arriving from the UK and abroad. This is an opportunity to meet & socialise with friends old & new, whilst listening to music from a DJ.
​
Friday starts after breakfast with Red Rose Chapter's roadcrew leading several rideouts (please only book onto one ride as they all depart at similar times!) After the rideouts return it's usually time for the LOH Welcome Party, followed by an evening of entertainment listening to a band.

​Saturday is the day for the grand parade ride, led and marshalled by the roadcrew, enjoy the ride and the views. The afternoon continues with a bike show and the chapter games, followed by an evening of entertainment with another band.

You must have a rally ticket to attend Wake the Lakes.
